so, its only been three days of going door to door, and i've seen some interesting things...
if you're nice i'll tell you about the lafayette woman who was definitely cheating on her husband with the gardner....i think it goes without saying but she did not donate to environmental action...
or the woman who was very obviously using drugs
or the guy who was stoned and thought i was the pizza guy...and almost gave me money
or the guy who answered the door...pretended to be blind....then when i kept talking he pretended to be deaf...and then when i asked how he understood me in the first place when he was deaf...he said he could read lips...despite being blind.....
...perhaps i'll knock on your door one of these days....
ok, so the first day was training, but the second and third days gave me a total of 214 doors, but including doors i've knocked on more than once (most people aren't home so we try a few times each day)....i'm at 319 doors....
