Got whole bunch of Alton Brown's dvds (two dozens, actually, thanks to l-sylvanas!). The guy is my hero, he's hilarious.
(on making english muffins):
[keeps four cylindrical forms in one hand in front of camera, looking though them] Those are tuna cans with bottoms cut out. [hides them, picks other hand with shiny single form] This is pastry ring, professional pastry ring. This costs the same as [hides professional ring, shows four tuna cans again] this. This came with tuna, [switches hands again] this didn't. You make the choice.
