Sakurai: General (Ohno), please pick one.
Ninomiya: General!
Ohno: (picks a card) Here.

Ninomiya: Um~, Matsumoto-san’s weakness…. Matsumoto-san’s weakness…
Aiba: Weakness…
…No weakness?
Sakurai: Shall we pick another one?
Ohno: This one then?
“Please tell us what you respect about Matsumoto-san.”
Aiba: Such a question, this guy is full of things to respect (laugh).
Ninomiya: Everyone respects him right?
Aiba: Yes I do!
Ohno: I respect him.
Sakurai: Of course I do.
Ninomiya: For me, I respect him the most during concert discussions I guess.
Does Matsumoto-san plan the main idea?
Ninomiya: Yes. You see, about half the time, I have no idea what he’s talking about.
Sakurai: Ahahahaha.
Ninomiya: His imagination is superb indeed.
Ohno: He’s way ahead of us isn’t he?
Ninomiya: Everything’s laid out clearly inside his head, I’m sure of that.
Aiba: And the technical terms he uses, it’s amazing.
Ninomiya: So amazing.
Sakurai: That’s why you respect him?
Ninomiya: I guess so. Because he has rich imagination.
Ohno: (laugh) And then there’s him being so detailed. He tends to mind the details in everything and anything at all. Perfect… perfectionist perhaps. Yes. The small things that we will never notice, he will take care of them.
Aiba: Yes yes.
