Months ago, I tried to get the last.fm plugin for my preferred music software to work. After a couple of days, I gave up.

Apparently, it didn't give up, as it is now magically working. For your entertainment:

In the Bizarre Collection of Music that is my playlist on shuffle, a lovely choral arrangement came up, and I was enjoying it immensely for the harmonies and simple beauty of the human voice... and then I realized that it was the Sydney Philharmonia performing "Stairway to Heaven." I generated this index of my music archives a week or so ago out of curiousity... something seems to be wrong with the archives from A through C or so, I'll have to restore from backup, and the disk usage looks nothing like the actual disk usage according to the OS, but nonetheless this may amuse you.
