Why should you be ashamed? Getting worked up, as frustrating as it can be only shows that you care about the world and what's going on in it. I'm happy to live in my own little fandom bubble most of the time and that's largely due to the fact that the world IS such a shit place, and it's depressing every time you read, see or hear the news! :/
