Ok did legs again cos u have to do those 2 times in the 4 step programme thingy,
Leg extensions: 20 repetitions : 44 LbS
Squats: 10 repetitions : 121 LbS
Calf raises: 20 repetitions : 121 LbS
Situps: 20 repetitions : No added weight.
