ok just finished weightlifting and my arms feel really tired its hard to type. These are the exercises yada yada yada:
Lateral raises: 10 reps : 13LB
Bent over laterals: 10 reps : 9LB
Barbell curls: 10 reps : 55LB
Pushdowns: 10 reps : 44LB
Pushups: 10 reps
never say those r easy or u get more to do......
