I could tell you everything that I did today, since Dr. Just-Friends was in town. Or, I could just go this route instead:

True Grit is a great movie, and very enjoyable and absorbing, but...in that way where there really isn't much to say about it. Just, y'know. Good movie.
Also, not mentioned in the video: I bought a new pair of boots on sale for about $70. They were really nice boots, over-the-knee length and stiletto but actually very comfy to wear, and I got the saleslady to take 10% off because the left boot is missing two of the decorative laces, a very minor detail that I can probably get fixed pretty easily and even if I can't, is so very easily missable that it really doesn't bother me that much. Score!
