I got into the internet, fandom, and the act of writing fanfic in 2003.
But in case you forget, it's been around...a lot longer than that. Link:

On a somewhat related note, I'm considering this an official warning, on the off-chance that anyone here still actually cares about any of the ancient crap still posted at my fanfiction.net account: in exactly one week from today, March 28, I will be deleting all my stories off of that site and purging my account there to the best of my ability.
So if there's anything over there you wanted to look at one last time for the lulz or, god forbid, save a copy of for posterity or something, consider this your fair warning. I'm dusting my hands of any and all complaints (like I expect any, to be honest) after this.
(Lost fandom: yeah, that includes 'Metamorphosis'. Don't cry for me, Argentina.)
