Holy crow, Mary Frakkin' McDonnell on The Closer tonight! It was sort of like a mini HBIC showdown between her character and Brenda. How awesome.
Good episode, too. I really do like this show. Not only do they usually have unique cases with interesting twists, it's sort of like they take the typical "not at all realistic to the legal process" crime procederal show shenanigans and dial it all the way up to eleven. And I just love her squad. They match NCIS for the sheer cast of characters wackiness. Hell, Flynn and Provenza alone I could watch for hours.
Oh, I didn't get any reading or writing done tonight after all. But I'm sure you could already guess that.
