Fandom Has Officially EATEN My BRAIN

So, I've been talking to eliara today about Firefly, because she found a place where I can d/l eps once I get back to my shiny fast college interweb (in a...totally legal fashion), and she got curious herself and started watching eps on YouTube. And got quickly addicted. Of course.
So we've basically been quoting funny tidbits back and forth to each other (I've only seen perhaps two episodes myself, sadly, but I raided the Wiki quote section awhile back, which is chock-full of goodness).
...And now I have the sudden urge to try to find a good screencap of the part in PotC2 where Norrington has his sword at Jack's throat, during that scene on the beach right before the sword three-way breaks out, and try to get someone to make me an icon that says "CURSE YOUR SUDDEN BUT INEVITABLE BETRAYAL!"
If that wasn't enough, Helen came over today and we would up watching the first seven episodes of Gargoyles out of lack of anything better to do.
And sometime after that, I was sitting around, remembering some of the kickass fanart I've seen of characters from other shows as Gargoyles, like anime and stuff.
...And of course now I'm craving to see someone do a picture of (Captain) Jack Sparrow as a gargoyle.
And possibly a Norrington as well.
And if they were in the same picture, I'd totally want some wing-hugging. The wing-hugging makes me warm and fuzzy inside.
...machi_neko, art school doesn't make you that busy, right....?
And now I'm off to rewatch "The Mirror".
