I made it home alright

--For those of you who may have been concerned about my well being, I made it back to Yellow Springs just fine, thanks for caring. While up at Kent I had my friend take a look at my car because it was making slight whining noises when I accelerated. Turns out I needed my transmission fluids flushed so I dropped my car off at my trusty mechanics and told them about weird noises and other idiosyncracies that may or may not be related to the transmission which possibly will be at least greatly reduced by the new fluids. Oh the joys of hidden costs in car ownership. I come back to campus and find I'll need to renew my tags by my birthday, although I'll actually need to transfer them rather than renewing because I'm moving and all. Maybe if I get all the maintenance done on the car that the rental place that owned it previously apparently didn't do it'll run like a brand new car and I won't have to worry about it for awhile (although the 60,000 mile stuff is comin' up).

ohio, money, car, travel
