Weightloss is harder than it looks

Apparently I weigh way more than I thought I did. However, I don't look like I've gained a lot of weight. What the hell is it? I've maintained the same body shape and size. Honestly, I thought I was losing weight. Or maybe I was losing inches. Is it muscle? For fuck's sake, that's a lot of fucking muscle. (I've been avoiding weighing myself for some time. Damn, I am sure glad I did. No, I am not saying how much I weigh).

Anyway, I've been doing some research. Basically, I need more than just weight lifting and hitting the bag. It's not doing anything for me. I am going to start on calisthenics, plyometrics, cardio, some weight lifting, and bag hitting. It's going to be fucking hard, but, if I stick with it, hopefully I will see some results.
