marzie_pan warned me that nothing much happens in the middle of this season and I see her point. However, I enjoyed Emily and Laura's conversations, and I like what this show's doing there.
The mutiny upon mutiny scene was really well acted and shot, as was the preparation to jump - BSG really knows how to ratchet up the tension.

The opera house - is this a reference back to Season...2? With Six and Baltar in the theatre with the baby?
The missing three - I agree that must be D'Anna
The five - the Final Five (So, I'm guessing Tigh and co. will find a way to stop D'Anna telling everyone who they are, so we aren't going to find out who the Fifth is from her)
Home of the thirteenth - well, have the four we know come from Earth? That would be an interesting twist now, wouldn't it?
