- Yugi & Co. I love the relationships between the various components and I love how they're a team. I also love the Bakura is there and not there, and of what it says about him and about them. Also, you know what, Grandpa Mutou is included. He's boss and I like that he takes part in the adventures.
- Valon-Mai. Beautiful trainwreck.
- ALL THE SIBLINGS ALL THE TIME, but most of all Mokuba & Kaiba.
3 favorite characters
There are four and that's that: Thief King Bakura, Bakura, Odion, Kisara. Cannot choose.
3 of my favorite moments
- Confession: sometimes the card games moved me emotionally. (A lot, sob.) But there was one game I really liked, random Battle City filler, where Jounouchi managed to get the Blue-Eyes from Kaiba. It was just like AHAHAHA, TAKE THAT. I like when underdogs get ahead!
- Manga: When Malik has had the memory carved on his back, and there's a panel of Rishid sitting on his bed, waiting for him, his face streaming blood. (And then Malik laughs.)
- Thief King Bakura's intro in the manga is magnificent every step of the way.
3 reasons I like/love that fandom
- Did I mention all the siblings all the time. The family love, man. (well, if you don't look at what the dads get up to.)
- YGO as a whole is just, idk, technicolour sincerity. The series does that uplifting shounen mood really well.
- There are a lot of things to enjoy about both the manga and the anime. Most series, one ends up feeling less satisfying than the other.
