Did you, by chance, write this all out in Word and then copy and paste it into your lj post? Because this is usually how an html post turns out when that happens (for reasons I still can't figure out).

If you go back through your application and redue the html (or have the template open in your post and simply copy and paste your individual answers to the respective questions), that should fix it. Mostly because your application is a solid mass of text and I honestly can't read it. :(
