I have a problem.
I love my new house-- but the walls are bare! I've been searching the internet for artwork and it's all expensive and insipid. Lame. I have had a few ideas for cheap/cool ways to decorate.
Living room: in black and white. As soon as I get a little extra cash I'm going to Kinkos and blowing up an old photograph I bought at the thrift store. Also, I have a signed 8X10 of Bela LaGosi I need to get professionally framed. Urban Outfitters used to carry frames that were the dimensions of an LP, but I'm going to have to hunt them down elsewhere, when I find them I'll use black and white albums. For example:
Its going to look friggen awesome, I can just tell.
Kitchen: is stainless steel everything with white tile- I plan on adding some splashes of candy-apple red. Its open to the dining room, which desparately needs new chairs. And I need fish for the tank. But the comic book wall is awesome.
My bedroom: Probably will end up being Japanese. Now, its just dirty.
SO THIS IS WHERE YOU COME IN: Keep in mind I don't have alot of cash, but I would be honored to hang up the original artwork, or adorn my shelves with the original crafts of my friends. I'll pay you what I can, or feed you, or both.
