If it's Monday, it must be homeschool co-op day.
I should have gone to the grocery store over the weekend, but I didn't. That put us in a bind for a meal tonight. There were leftovers from last night and the night before, but not enough for everyone. Frittata! With grits...and leftover honey/soy chicken...and leftover crowder peas...and leftover breakfast pork chops. Let's just say everyone got enough.
I added the last third of a block of cream cheese to the frittata just before putting it in the oven. Everybody agreed I shouldn't make another if there is no cream cheese. You know, it's the little things. LOL!
Later, Mabry wanted to learn to make the chocolate cake in a mug so we found a recipe that has peanut butter in it. Wow! I didn't eat any, but that surely smelled scrumptious. I had one last night that was big enough for two!
Tomorrow is grocery day. Not sure if I'll get out to walk the town or not. Buying groceries wears me out. ;-)
