Mostly just a general, totally non-official call for help, as it seems a few areas in AC will need a few more volunteers than normal. Life happens, people move on, and some of our usual helpers aren't going to be available this year. If you know you're going, and are used to volunteering, please do stop by the volunteer booths and feel free to offer up an hour or two as you go.
If you know people that know people, and feel more up to doing more than just a few hours a day, e-mail a department you're interested in working more directly with, and hopefully they'll be able to point you in the right direction. Rooth with Artists Alley would be more than happy to hear from you :). You can imagine how many people pass by our area on a given day, so try to imagine our pain and anguish as fewer of us try and help more of you :P.
