The block of townhouses next door is almost finished. I have a feeling the young couple who toured mine bought the one next to me, the guy really really liked how I had the builder put in the french doors on the first floor so that the bedroom could be used as a den. Like... REALLY liked it, and when I peeked in the window last night while barbecuing I saw my french doors. Well look at that! =p The realtor told me that he made a sale based off my unit, so that's what leads me to believe it was that couple. The unit on the far end doesn't have the french doors so I know the builder didn't change his blueprints.
This has me happy yet worried, they seemed really nice but I also worry that they have spawned or are going to spawn. I have a lot of privacy with the exception of whoever is going to be living in that unit. Wouldn't that be my luck? Oh well, let me practice now. "GET OFF MY LAWN!" And... "Oh dear, time to close the windows!" I already know they have a dog and I can deal with that so long as they do what they're supposed to do, but hopefully they'll want to get a fence so maybe we could go in on it together and share the fenceline.
At any rate, I hope they're nice. Whoever they are, whatever their family count happens to be. Keeping my fingers crossed.
