Last week I promised to read 4 books until the end of the year. After one week I got one step closer to that promise ;)
Yesterday I finished "Turbulent sea" by Christine Feehan on my way home from Stuttgart.
It's the 6th book of her Drake-Sisters-series and it's about Joley Drake, a captivating singer, and the mysterious Ilja Prakenskij: is he a killer, a boyguard or an undercover agent? Joley doesn't know, if she should trust him. But then one of her staff members gets killed and she receives death threats, so she has no other possibility to believe in Ilja ...
like nearly every book by Mrs Feehan it was a lot of fun to read: exciting and romantic and I'm really looking forward to the last book of this series ^^ (which will be released next year hopefully :}
About the other book, I mentioned last week (Xinran's book about China): Until now I only read one third of it - it consits of essays and that doesn't invate me to read it in one go. :{
Because it was so much fun yesterday in Stuttgart, here one picture of my bought treasures ;)
a lot of yummy stuff
