Anyone have opinions on digital video cameras that they would care to share?
This is for actual documentary and film-making, not home-video type stuff.
This is something we will need to buy for Jordan's school and work afterwards.
It does NOT need to have a SLR/Still camera function.
The guy at the school suggested a Panasonic Lumix GH2 camera BUT the guy from the school seems really tech-happy in the way like....someone who gets a Swiss army knife with 80 attachments when you really only need a good knife blade.
Price range is preferably under $800 (but I realize that might not be possible.)
