Progress of a sort
Best present for 2010 so far - and it's only been four days - is proof positive from my designer that I've lost significant weight.
EW was pinning me into several garments that she was taking in (again) and said wonderingly, "That's a whole dress size you've lost now."
This is despite me jumping off the wagon for the festive season, and not having worked out for a whole month!
(And we had to let the back of one top out for my new back muscles. But that doesn't really count..)
Back to the gym this week, though. :P
Also managed to source some pure essential oils of frankincense, myrrh and vetiver. I've taken to wearing the merest smear of the former as a long-lasting personal scent. I love it. Strangely enough, cats seem to adore myrrh and vetiver oils, and never seemed to care for perfumes containing those oils. Wonder why? And why the difference? And I have to keep my handbag out of cat reach now; my perfumed scent rubs off on it and they go nuts - rubbing themselves on it, rolling around, drooling, licking the bag...
