Hitting them antioxidants

I can tell I'm better when I'm restless. Still a little weak from post-viral blah, but not impaired in function. I'm glad I had yesterday off, even if it did send the boss into a tizzy trying to cover that shift. I'm back tonight.

Lunch was Velish's vegetable soup with roasted garlic - tasted to be mostly pumpkin, but not in a bad way - accompanied by croutes of walnut bread from the french bakery in Balingup, smeared with Cambray's garlic and herb sheep's milk Boursin. Dessert was a red navel orange. Om nom nom.

Sooo much nicer than icky olive leaf extract.

And there will be oodles of coffee. Necessary for graveyard shift tonight.
