This is unacceptable.
This is just a heads-up and/or a warning to anybody looking to buy merchandise from the webcomic Questionable Content.
In January I bought and paid for a T shirt by Paypal. I was told they were still handling the Christmas orders and that they were swamped. There was a merch email I could contact for updates, which I did.
Twice.
No word. At all.
Also no T shirt.
So I have more or less lost US$26.00.
I can write this off, I can afford it. But this is in no way an example of acceptable customer service.
So anyone thinking of buying from them, I suggest you think again. And just make up your own T shirt.
