Quick and easy meal -- Salmon Pasta with citrus cream sauce

2 T butter
1 cup broccoli florettes
2 cloves garlic -- chopped fine
3 sundried tomatoes halves (packed in oil) -- chopped fine
1 package cooked salmon (the foil pouches like they have for tuna taste great!)
1/2 an orange
2 T Half and Half (or cream)
Shredded italina cheese
Salt and Pepper
Pasta (I used quinoa wheat-free pasta)

Cook the pasta. While pasta is cooking, in a separate pan, sautee the broccoli in the butter.  When soft, add garlic and sundried tomatoes.  Deglaze the pan with a squeeze of the orange.  Add a splash of half and half, some italian cheese (I used romano) and add the pouch of salmon.  Cook for a few minutes until thickened.  Drain pasta, add to the sauce, stir in some salt and pepper and another squeeze of orange.

Nom!
