Oh. Good. Lord.
Because life isn't interesting enough:
Aiden and I just discovered that we are with child...well, I'm with child. Aiden's with grin. A very big grin.
We've told the parentals, and most of the friends and I've informed my job. We're working on getting insurance for me. As soon as the baby's born, s/he can go in Aiden's insurance and that'll be good. Apparently "my wife's preggers" isn't life-altering enough to get me put on Aiden's but birth of a baby is. :shrug: Whatever.
Anyway, now we have to interview OB/GYNs and pick a baby doctor. Fortunately, there's a hospital right across the highway from us that actually has quite a few to choose from. (Whoot!) And my aunt and uncle have offered to pay for the initial visit while we wait for Medicaid to decide if I'm in.
So! I'm going to try to get an appointment either this week or next and find out a bit more about my baby.
