I got the blood test results back for S.  His colesterol, copper and zinc are all normal.  He is WAY ALLERGIC to Wheat, Wheat gluten and Gliadin (which is closely related to gluten.)  So byebye bread and cereal.  He was moderately reactive to honey and sorghum (so I'm not sure we can use those on the diet.)  and he had low reativity to rye, yeast ( ( Read more... )
