Well, I figured out what was wrong with my son.  It is not allergies.  It is a stomache bug.  I was getting gurgely when I left for the dentist, but I just thought it was because of all the excitment of getting my teeth fixed.  And then I got sick.  Really sick.  That happened after the dentist, so I avoided that embarrassment.  I've gone to the ( Read more... )

While I am up and pondering I added up what my husband pays for the kids insurance and what I would potentially pay.  Mine is over $3000 less a year with lower co-pays for visits and perscriptions.  All of our doctors, except the chiropractor and DAN Doctors in our area are on the plan.

Well, the kids were out of school yesterday.  D had her first real trip to the dentist.  She had gone to a pediatric dentist before, but their idea of cleaning was with a regular brush and floss.  I was not impressed.  I found out that the plates in her pallette are not aligned right and I have to get her to an Orthadontist now to correct the ( Read more... )

Today I went on an interview.  They don't have a full time position open at the moment, but the woman who interviewed me said she expected one to open up in 4-6 weeks.  I will be trained next week, and then I will be used to fill in where they need it.  Then I will be in line when a position becomes available.  This doesn't mean I hae stopped ( Read more... )
