Anyone else wondering why we suddenly have a whole lotta czars? Obama announced today that he's going to have a Pay Czar.
Why do we need a Health czar when we already have a Secretary of Health and Human Services? Well, the secretary has to report to congress and has to have transperancy in what they are doing and how funds are being spent. By having Czars instead of using the Secretaries already in place, Obama has bypassed the House and Senate and the American people. We don't have any idea what these Czars are doing with the money they are being given and they only report to one person.
This is an affront to our Constitution and the Structure that our Forefarhers gave the shape of government. Our Executive branch should not be running amock the way it is.
