(no subject)
I found top round london broil last night for $1.88/lb. Win! It was a family pack of 3 giant steaks, 6 pounds of beefy goodness! I have it soaking in soy sauce, olive oil, and lemon. I have rub reserved (brown sugar, kosher salt, chili powder, onion powder, old bay). It shouldn't take too long to actually cook. Potatoes are baking and I'll stirfry some bell peppers and onions. Ummmm....
Does not take the sting out of paying $30 more for childcare a week. Now we are paying $150. I shouldn't comlain. We are getting off easy, considering I am working 4 more hours a day. H is still taking them in whenever he goes to work, and I pick them up around 4:30. I hate summer.
I should let them take S swimming on Mondays. Well, like that would last more than one day.
