Waive Goodbye

Edmonton Oilers D Mathieu Roy was placed on waivers today. I expected this at some point, but I don't expect him to be claimed. This guy just can't stay healthy and he's not quite good enough to overlook that.

The Florida Panthers also sent down Shawn Matthias yesterday. I'm trying to bite my tongue.
