Take a pad and pencil, wear comfortable clothes, AND, most importantly; modify them to fit you! If you vizualize, or think of something that works for you, throw it in. These techniques are NOT set in stone, they are living, breathing organisms, modify them, evolve, keep what works, throw away the waste.
