I think I'm getting worse at this 12 of 12 thing. Either that or my life is getting even more boring. :|
I don't think I'm going to submit this set to Chad even though it's done on time, because lame pictures are lame. Hooray for being done and posted on time, though? I think next month I'll try a different tactic if the 12th is another normal day.
5:26 AM: A boring picture of my suitcase because I was running so late this morning I didn't have time for any of the potentially awesome photo subjects that were around. :(
2:16 PM: You can't really see it here because I was trying to take this picture quick so none of my coworkers would notice me, but it was snowing most of the day.
5:00 PM: I love twilight in the winter when the snow turns blue.
6:04 PM: Okay, this is a beautiful picture. At least I got one.
6:11 PM: I'd written myself a reminder of a very important Thing to Do before my long drive.
6:25 PM: Waiting for aforementioned task to be completed. I get a nice discount through work.
7:05 PM: Went to the store to pick up some groceries so I won't be stuffing myself on fast food all week while I'm out of town. Unfortunately, they had just gotten a new shipment of bananas in, and they were all really green. Sigh.
9:06 PM: At the halfway mark between home and hometown. It had stopped snowing, but was still slow going on the roads. I cheated on my diet a little. >.>
10:20 PM: Nearing my destination. Wish I had a camera that was better at pictures in motion with no flash.
10:22 PM: Across the bridge into Wisconsin. There's a nice (and cheap!) little hotel here where I like to stay on my visits, and it's just over the bridge, not too far out of the way.
10:36 PM: The gift shop of the hotel is the pilot house of an old ship, attached to the side of the building.
10:40 PM: The hotel's winter display is still up over one of the doors.
Sleep time.
