Flidais appears at the doorway of
brighid_dot_com's forge in the same cloud of green that was left behind when she left Harmonia's temple. She's changed her outfit again, gone are the jeans and sneakers in their place is a brilliant green summer gown embossed with gold accents. Her hair is tame also now, pulled back into one long braid and tied off with a gold

"Welcome, Lady Flidais. Our Lady is below, at her work. Would you take hospitality while we go fetch her, or would prefer that we lead you to the Forge? She has named you as among those welcome to that honour, should you choose it."

"Many firsts for me of late, I wonder if my fortune is just beginning to change on the onset of such dark times."
I'd like to head below to the Forge, if it's no great trouble upon you.

I'm well all things considered. Just got back from a trip to New York with some friends.
Never one to beat around the bush when she was overly concerned about something, she continues right to the main point of her visit.
We were in the Bronx Zoo when I felt you awaken and my companions they felt the struggle going on here more than anyone else since they are descendents of Zeus but we all ignored it in our own way and continued with our outing. It got worse though as the night progressed. Phobos went outside and Deimos started acting completely strange and then Harmonia zapped us all away to Thebes and then her temple here. pauses to take a breath Clotho predicted war was on the horizon, so Strife left to figure out why he got drained instead of charged and I came here to find out what this could mean for us?

"Safe, Flidais? Safe from what? Pain? Warfare? Offense and outrage? No. We share the world with Greeks, Christians, and the Norse; we will always bear those risks." She reaches out, gently touches the verdant goddess's cheek, invoking tender moments shared between them. "But death? They cannot kill us. We know death, you and I, as they do not -- as they cannot know it. We walk in death come every winter, and Her doors hold no locks for the likes of us. Even could they dispel us for a season, the next turning would see us returned, as strong as ever we had been."
She lets her hand fall into her lap. "But yes, Flidais, I believe that war is coming. I feel it in my core, as though Morrighan were sprawling on my hearthstones and leering over her bloody cup. There are too many about who want it for one reason or another. And when someone wants a fight, it's not hard to make one."

You are right Brighid, it seems that everyone is all to willing to resort to violence to solve things of late.
reaches and takes Brighid's hand gently with her own.
I don't think I've feared death in ages, it's always been an accepted part of the natural progression of everything. I fear what will become of my friends and what will happen to the delicate balance amongst all the deities here in the Pantheon. I fear that unknown that is looming in everyone's future and I don't understand what set this ball rolling. It was peaceful here when I departed, then out of seemingly nowhere Isis and Zeus battled.

Their history aside what did he do to garner such a reaction from Isis?
