Family matters

After having finished her errand to Zeus for Thanatos and Morpheus, the Egyptian Goddess of Death made her way home. She sat on her temple steps for a while, even as she sorted souls, sent them to their correct places, and comforted the families of those left behind.

It wasn't enough to keep her mind off her Greek Mirror however. She rubbed her arm lightly in thought. Re didn't seem like he liked any Greeks at all! It was a shame, too, because many of them with the exception of that horrible Ares and his buddy Hephaestus were really nice. Like Thanatos. Nephthys beamed, thinking about him. He had to be the nicest of them all!

But Big Poppa wouldn't know that until he met him.

Nephthys stared out across the courtyard toward the bright, modern home of her great grandfather. Chewing her bottom lip, she finally pushed herself off the stairs, and slipped across the sandy way.

Tenatively, she knocked.

re, nephthys
