One of my best friends is forcing me to go to the premiere of the Twilight movie with her. She has only secured my grudging agreement by holding her recently-discovered knowledge of my participation in SPN fandom over my head. (She doesn't know about LJ or slash, but she's one of four people who knows I blog. About my twenty-something, demon-hunting television boyfriends. I have no leg to stand on.)

So my question to you is this: do I have to read the book(s) before going to understand what the hell is happening on screen?

*sigh* Why is my life so hard?? ;)
