old people suck

I must say i have a great distaste for old people that think that everyone should wait on them hand and foot just because they are old. Like their contribution to society was so great that it warrants their "it's all about me" behavior. I just had a 92 year old male patient that refused to get onto the emergency room bed until i first laid 2 warm blankets down. Not to mention he threw up all over the back of my unit. I guess id be bitter too if father time was that hot on my trail. Now th decision comes to either stay up until shift change at 6am or catch 3 hours of sleep.
