Yet another night of wretched insomnia...I was so restless at one point I found myself downstairs, in the kitchen, sitting on the floor in the dark...Why...I've no idea!

Youtube provided some entertainment but my brain was so skittish that I couoldn't focus on anything for longer than a few minutes.
