This is the permissions list for IC (in-character), activity.

With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:Hugging this character: Yes. He'll be super awkward and grumpy about it.
Kissing this character: Yes. He'll sputter in a rather comical way. Certain people might get hit, but most will just get awkwardness and/or yelling.
Flirting with this character: Yes. Flirting can cause anything from blushing to yelling and stalking off in a huff. It depends on who's doing the flirting.
Fighting with this character: Yes. He's quite aware of how much of a disadvantage he's at within the facility, but he will fight to defend himself or protect others.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Yes. I'm a rather cruel mun, so there isn't really a limit on normal injuries (cuts, bruises, broken bones) but please discuss attempts at permanent injuries (i.e. things that can't be undone by an in-game healer, like severed limbs) beforehand.
Killing this character: Yes, just ask beforehand. I very rarely say no.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yes, just give me a heads up beforehand. He has no specific defenses against any sort of mental abilities, but with his Spinner powers? Mind control could make him very dangerous.
