not much is new...went to the gym yesterday, and my mom couldnt pick me up until like 5:30...so i was able to burn 1422cals...that was good...and i came home, and i ate an apple, some veggie stir fry, crackers, some cereal, and 3 SLICES OF BREAD!
what the fuck was i thinking! but thats ok...cause today, i have only had a low fat muffin, my coffee, water, frozen yogurt, and some salad...but even now, thats still a LOT! but i get to get away with just a salad tonight, with fat-free dressing! SWEET!
