1. Neither Naruto nor Minato seem to know of their relationship. Set before Pain arc? Naruto calls Minato 'anchan'. Which is basically the english equivalent of 'lad'. Although it's entirely possible that Naruto knows it, and isn't revealing it due to obvious reasons. I did see a comic panel with the words "Dad..." on it, but it could either be what happened in the actual movie or artistic license. Need more information on this. Alright, so Naruto doesn't know that Minato is his dad.
Naruto: Anchan...you look a lot like the Fourth!
2. Minato performed some Big Damn Heroes acts for Naruto with his Flying Thunder God. Something like what happened to baby Naruto in recent chapters except...no baby and no Madara. Couldn't figure what he was saving Naruto from, though. Those frog robots?
3. Lots and lots of young Kakashi. Who really admires Minato.
Minato: There's something I'd like you to do for me. Will you do it?^_^
Kakashi: A mission!?
Minato: Yeah, I'd like you to come with me, Kakashi.^_^
Kakashi: Of course!*super energetic*
4. It seems like Naruto is the only one who went back since there's 0 mention of other characters but, there are scenes with adult Yamato and kid Kakashi so...I'm not sure what to make of it. Yamato carrying Kakashi under his arm and Yamato whacking Kakashi on his head. EDIT: Okay, Yamato confirmed to time travel.
5. KUSHINA APPEARS. :D Pregnant. I'm assuming this is the end of the movie since it's significant because.
6. Crowning moment of awesome: Naruto and Minato. Making rasengan together.
NARUTO AND MINATO CREATED THE STRONGEST RASENGAN TOGETHER. Excuse me as I drool all over the floor.
Minato: If I had a son...I wish that he'd grow up to be a ninja just like you. I believe...that we'll meet again.
7. Apparently (this is pretty much guesswork based upon comments) some people had their memories erased of this event. Again, I'm not really sure about this, but one comment beside a Saara drawing said "It's so said that the memories disappeared at the end." Japanese could do without a pronoun, so I'm not sure whose memories disappeared. EDIT: In the end Minato says that their memories should be erased for the sake of history. Naruto immediately panics and asks Minato to wait...because he still has much to ask...but when Naruto and Yamato wake up in the present, they don't remember anything.
8. In the omake feature, when asked what his wish was, Sasuke answered "I want to kill (live with) a certain person(Itachi)!" Apparently his thoughts are different from what he says.
9. Two lines in the preview were not in the movie. Minato: Will you fight with me, Naruto? Kakashi: What do you know!? You came from the future!
10. Naruto didn't seem to recognize Minato as the Yondaime since he traveled to Minato's anbu days.
Naruto: (before making rasengan)It's impossible! This is a jutsu created by the fourth...and only I and pervy Sage can...-
Minato: That's why, I can do it as well.
Minato was surprised when Naruto first used rasengan, it seems like he realized that they were related at that point. And even Naruto seemed to come to the same conclusion. Overall the timing of the movie seemed rather excellent when you consider what has been happening in the actual manga at this point...

Also, Kishimoto originally wanted to end the Minato flashback with one chapter, but after seeing the promotion video for the movie, he decided on more Minato. GJ, movie.
