Code Geass and...Koumakan?
My eyes sort of hurt after watching it. But damn the atmosphere is good. I was actually surprised at....certain parts.
Lelouch is definitely Remilia though, Nunnaly = Flandre, CC = Patchouli, but it seems like Kallen, Rolo and Suzaku can all fit into Sakuya and Meilin's roles.:o
