So I finally understand part 2 of Norowareshi Pierre.
Can't believe it took me so long. The Another Roman thing should've been obvious.
Another Roman.
Alternate Universe.
Hiver Laurant = 1 of the robbers, still has a sister(or at least, an unnamed sibling) he wishes to return to after getting rich. Has a circle of friends in a pub he frequents.
Laurencin = 2nd robber. Is secretly in love with Ciel in this world, who seems to be a regular churchgoer.
Flambeu Laurant(the red haired Laurant) = Leader of a theater troupe or owner of a theater. Frustrated at Hiver and Laurencin using his dressing room as a shortcut.
Etoile = Around 15 years old. Not blind, cat-lover.
Reyon Laraunt(gold haired Laurant) = Security guard at the museum where Michele is stored. Fired due to Hiver and Laurencin stealing the gem. Has both arms.
Loraine = Occupation not known. Is seen happily together with Neige, her servant in the original Roman verse. Does not seem to be chased by anyone.
Monica = Is seen in library with her brother Lauren, who is perfectly healthy.
Natasha = Seen sleeping together with Auguste who has short hair.
Auguste = His angel statue is seen inside the same museum that Michele is in. Unknown whether he sculpted it or not.

Not sure where asa to yoru comes in. It's implied that Olivia lost her hometown after Hiiro no Fuusha, so Hiver would die somewhere around that?
11-monji skips around like woah so I'm not bothered to put the whole thing into order. Hiver the 2nd is probably born before the epilogue.
