song writing.
I need to write more songs....I used to have a bunch of them and either lost what I;d written between moving from MD to Boston or hadn't played them in so long I forgot most of them and can only play bits and pieces of eacch song. And then the new stuff I write, it's hard for me to get the words out, i'll get the melody and most of the chords....but it seems like i have no words....i just need that extra umph and whatnot so i can polish/finally finidh them. i remember in high school all the different ideas/songs/creative juices flowing....and now that i'm here where i have more opportunity to develope...it's just all going backwards. I mean, i came here for the music therapy program....not really into performing as a full time thing....but i do want to get my songs, my voice out there. I just don't understand...guess the whole singer/songwriter thing isn't in me anymore....
