Summary: Ville walked the streets, used drugs, and more or less hated life...Until he met Bam.
Ville stood under the streetlight, shivering slightly. He crossed his arms over his chest, rubbing his upper arms. It was chilly, but he knew better than to try and dress in a sweater. Jyrki said that it covered up too much of him.
Once Ville had tried to argue that no one could think he was attractive, being so skinny. He needed to look a bit heavier, a bit stronger. Jyrki had shaken his head and said in his specific tone that the younger Finn was wrong.
And when the pimp talked like that, you listened.
“How you doing tonight?” a petite blond with cotton candy pink lips and sparkly eyelids asked.
“Not so great,” Ville confided. “No one’s walked by, Jonne. I don’t know what to do.”
“You could start walking,” the small man frowned. “Someone’s bound to stop and at least ask if you need a ride.”
“I guess,” he was loathe to move, though. Jyrki knew where to come looking for him. Although tonight it didn’t really matter, as he would be asking for money that Ville didn’t have.
“This used to be prim property! What am I going to do?” he stamped a foot, enjoying the sound of the high heels on the cracked cement.
“You’d better get some money soon, that’s all I know. Otherwise he’s not going to give you any food tonight.” Jonne shook his head. He reached into his pocket.
“I just made my quota tonight, and I was going to spend the extra on---.”
“No,” the dark haired one cut his friend off. “I’m not taking that money. Thank you, though.”
He knew what Jonne would spend it on. And he knew how badly the blond would need it. He was starting to need it himself. He was hoping that tonight would be a good night. He could pay of Jyrki, get his food for the night, and then get the drugs.
With a sigh, Ville started walking, arms still crossed over his chest against the chill of the evening.
This had to work.
