This ep was so enjoyable that I can almost forgive that we're now in for a month long hiatus. Almost.

• And and did you all hear the Slice of Sci-Fi interview she gave? She talks about funny stuff about working with the stunt guys and about how hilariously difficult the Mord'Sith outfit is to work in. Really good interview! (It starts around 32:30)

• LOL this is awesomely hardcore of Kahlan; sharpening her pwning instruments.
  
  
  Note: so proud they didn't have tv!Kahlan weeping at the sight of the dead villagers. Book!Kahlan is quite hardened by her duty, and weepy Kahlan would've burned to see.
  
  Also love the transition from Richard about to make something of beauty with a knife, to Kahlan sharpening hers, most likely in preparation for a whole lotta death. Nice contrast.

• You can tell Bridget's been working her ASS off on this show; her cheekbones are far more pronounced than in the early eps, and I imagine it's because of the physical aspect of the series doing some serious trimming on her bod. This had better not end up in a stick-figure Kahlan though. Get that girl a steak! (And some Richard-time, hot damn!)
