I'm not some bastard child that only needs to be visited every other weekend
Interview 1 went fairly well. I was somewhat concerned b/c it was held at a coffeeshop. It's not that I'm averse to meeting at a coffeeshop, it's more the implications. If they're doing it to meet in a more neutral location, cool. If they're doing it b/c they're a creepy pyramid scheme with a guise of website front, not so ok. It turned out to be former. woot. I should hopefully have another interview this next week.
Interview 2 went not so well. This is for the best. After my telling them why I left a previous position (financial instability, dropping the 401k plan, etc) they then tell me that they have no retirement plan options and leave bread crumb trails resembling information bits that lead me to believe there is financial instability. bleh.
I recently found a clip for Arrested Development regarding the "AnalRapist". Can you imagine having that on your business card? For anyone who has not seen it, it's obviously not really about what the quotes imply.
I think my next project is going to be photos for my passport. I'm going to attempt to have the most bizarre picture possible. I know I won't get away with clown makeup, but I'm thinking something along those lines. If anyone has any ideas, leave a comment. I will post the results, eventually.
