Moving...again
Hello! My name is Jen and I am about to move into a new appartment.
The shape is strange, the bedroom is teeny, the floor visibly slants to one side (and it's on the second floor) the wallpaper/trim is horrid, and the windows are mostly painted shut.
But it's cheap and close to work. I'll be posting pictures of my progress and hope to get some advice and opinions along the way. I'm hoping to get a semi-tropical canadian cozy comfort thing going.
The thing is, it's a temporary place. I've moved 3 times in the last year and a half and I'm kinda sad I'm doing it again with no real hope of staying this time. If you were in that situation, how much work would you put into a place? Should I even bother painting or just focus on accent items and furniture?
