Bright green paint???
I'm a college student moving to the basement of my new house this fall. It's a very large room with no windows in the basement and I want to brighten it up.
For some reason, I've really wanted to paint it green. Bright green. As bright as I can get without it looking tacky and overwhelming me. But I'm afraid of ruining it and it looking crazy...
This is my bedspread (see under cut).
Painting it green would bring out the highlights in the bedspread. I have a lot of blue things, so I'd prefer not to paint it blue... although I feel that's a safer move.
I also would like a lighter shade of green, but don't want it to clash with the lime green in the bedspread.
Thoughts??
